A German national and long-time resident of The Bahamas. Following legal studies at McGill University, Montreal, and Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich, he has spent three decades as independent legal and tax advisor to celebrities, high-net-worth clients and Family Offices around the world.

He spearheaded the management buy-out of MCM, the largest German fashion house of the late 1990s; structured a US $1 billion commercial-property and hotel refinancing in Kazakhstan; and organised public listings of property and technology companies on the London, New York and Vienna Stock Exchanges.

A polyglot fluent in five languages, author of several publications on Family Offices and offshore finance, and former Advisor to the Ministry of Finance of St. Kitts & Nevis.
